Due to the handmade nature of the products I am not able to process refunds. However I am happy to replace a product that was damaged during shipping. Customer must contact me within TWO WEEKS. I will cover the shipping cost. Please take a photo of the product, preferably noticed before you'd opened it. This will help me if I need to take anything up with the post office.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC:
Standard domestic orders are shipped via MyHermes and with tracking. It will reach you within 2-4 working days for the UK mainland address, and may take up to 7 working days for remote areas such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight. Please allow 7 working days from the date of collection before querying a delivery.

INTERNATIONAL:
Standard international orders are shipped via Royal Mail and with no tracking. However, you can select 'International Tracked' shipping upgrade at checkout. Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe in minimum 3-5 working days, and in minimum 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.

Once the parcel leaves the UK, it is entirely up to the postal service of the destination country. Even with the tracking there is no guarantee of no delay. In the rare occassion where a parcel is delayed, we will endevour our best effort to locate it.

Please allow 20 working days for the European countries and 25 working days for the rest of the world from the date of collection before querying a delivery.

In keeping with our recycle policy, many of the shipping boxes and packing materials are recycled, but always clean. If you prefer unused materials, please specify in your "note to seller"!
